I just made an Espresso and I want to make a Cold Brew, will the water temperature be cold?

Hot and Cold water flow through 2 separate circuits, however we recommend to perform a cold rinse through the dedicated rinse button, after selecting a cold recipe (Cold Brew, Espresso Cool). When a cold extraction recipe is selected, the rinse button delivers cold water, this will not only make sure that the group is clean, but it will also cool it down for the optimal extraction, especially after a hot recipe.

La Specialista Arte Evo - EC9255 does not have a rinse Button / function. However you can manually perform a cold rinse by pressing OK after selecting Cold Brew (OK light will turn blue).
